Eligibility, Registration & User Account

1.1 Account Registration Requirements

1.2 One Account per User

Each individual may hold only one active account on the 888gg. Creating multiple accounts under the same user — regardless of the details used — is considered a serious violation of these terms. Duplicate accounts that are detected will have their balances frozen for audit and may be permanently closed, with possible balance retention subject to a case-by-case review.

1.3 Accuracy of Information

The user is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when registering on 888gg. False, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate account suspension or closure. 888gg reserves the right to request supporting identity documents (CPF, ID card, or driver's license) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals.

1.4 Protection of Access Credentials

The user is responsible for keeping their username and password confidential. Any activity carried out using the account's login credentials is the account holder's responsibility. If unauthorized access is suspected, the user must immediately notify the support team at 888gg via live chat available 24 hours a day.

General Betting Rules

2.1 Sports Betting

Bets placed on 888gg are confirmed at the moment the user submits the bet slip on the platform. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the user, except where the cashout feature is available and active for that specific market.

888gg covers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, and international leagues), MMA and UFC, volleyball (Superliga and Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends/CBLOL, Valorant, Dota 2), Formula 1, and other sports subject to calendar availability.

2.2 Live Betting

Live bets are accepted while the specific market remains open during the event. 888gg reserves the right to suspend or close live markets at any time for technical or operational reasons without prior notice. Bets confirmed before a suspension are kept and settled based on the final result of the event.

2.3 Errors and Incorrect Odds

In the event of an obvious error in the publication of odds — such as values clearly inconsistent with the market —, the 888gg reserves the right to cancel bets placed based on those incorrect odds. The full amount wagered will be refunded to the user's balance within a maximum of 24 hours after the error is identified.

2.4 Cancelled or Postponed Events

If an event is canceled before it begins, all pre-event bets will be fully refunded. If an event starts and is then permanently discontinued, the 888gg will wait up to 48 hours for the event to resume; if it does not resume within that window, the bets will also be refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled event is removed from the parlay and the return is recalculated using the remaining odds of the valid events.

6.2 Prohibited Use

The user agrees not to use the 888gg for:

• Use of automated systems, bots, or scripts for betting or any other interaction with the platform;
• Match-fixing or combining bets with event participants;

6.3 Changes to the Terms

Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Account Closure by the User

The user may request voluntary closure of their account on 888gg at any time via live chat or email. Available balances will be refunded after identity verification, with any active bonuses that have not met the minimum rollover deducted. The final refund processing period is up to 5 business days from confirmation of the account holder's identity.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by 888gg

The 888gg may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
